一、解剖生理玻璃膜(Bruch膜)是很薄的膜,位于脉络膜和视网膜之间,其外层是由中胚叶弹力膜组成,内层是由外胚叶皮质层组成。弹力膜是脉络膜实质纤维的继续,此层很薄,用电子显微镜亦很难测得其厚度,且和脉络膜贴得很紧,不易分开,内层皮质层是色素上皮移行而来是用于联系其它部分玻璃膜的基础。此层结构均匀,在病理情况下,皮质层和玻璃膜其他部分可产生分界线,电镜下玻璃膜的结构是很复杂的,根据Hogen(1968)将其分层如下: (一)表皮层是色素上皮的基础膜,内含粘多糖。(二)内部的胶质层是由胶原纤维排列而成。(三)中央层包括弹力纤维。(四)外层为胶原层。(五)最外层弹力膜是脉络膜毛细血管内皮
