基于落实立德树人根本任务,从2014年起新一轮基础教育课程改革已悄然启动。新课改以发展学生核心素养为旨归,以课程标准全新架构或修改为起点,而十八大以前形成的《义务教育思想品德课程标准(2011年版)》显得有些滞后。基于此,本刊特别推出“基于发展核心素养的学科课程标准审视”系列策划,旨在以中国学生发展核心素养审视《义务教育思想品德课程标准(2011年版)》,着力从性质理念与思路、课程目标、课程内容、教学建议、评价建议、课程资源开发与利用等方面展开,帮助广大教师厘清关系,更新观念,领会学科核心素养的科学内涵、体系和培育方法,充分发挥现代出版传媒对学科教学的导向与引领作用。徐开颜同志承担本系列策划开篇之作,从时代感、道德感、责任感三个层面阐明中国学生发展核心素养与《义务教育思想品德课程标准(2011年版)》的内在同一性,将发展核心素养的“DNA”深深嵌入学科课程改革。
Based on the implementation of the basic mission of Lide Tree, a new round of basic education curriculum reform has been quietly started since 2014. The new curriculum reform aims at developing students’ core literacy. Starting from the brand new framework or revision of curriculum standards, the “Compulsory Education Ideology and Morality Curriculum Standard (2011 Edition)” formed before the 18th CPC National Congress is somewhat lagging behind. Based on this, we published a series of “Planned Curriculum Standards Based on Developing Core Literacy” series of programs designed to examine the “Standard of Compulsory Education Ideological and Moral Standards (2011 Edition)” by developing Chinese students’ core qualities, Ideas, curriculum objectives, curriculum content, teaching suggestions, evaluation suggestions, curriculum resources development and utilization, etc. to help teachers clarify the relationship, update their concepts, understand the core content of the scientific connotation, system and cultivation methods, give full play to modern publishing media The guiding and leading role of subject teaching. Comrade Xu Kaiyan undertakes the opening of this series of programs and expounds the inherent identity of the core qualities of Chinese students’ development and the curriculum standard of moral education for compulsory education (2011 Edition) from three aspects: the sense of the times, the sense of morality and the sense of responsibility, and will develop the core literacy “DNA ” deeply embedded in the curriculum reform.
