用3个粳稻雄性不育恢复源(R)与两对不育系(A)和保持系(B)配成4个组合的F_1(A/R)、B_2(A//A/R)、B_2(A//B/R)、F_2和F_3,以种子育性作为恢复度指标,研究粳稻雄性不育恢复源恢复力的遗传。结果表明:宁恢3-2对BT六千辛A和L平壤3号A的育性恢复力受一对显性恢复基因控制;阿诺塔马若、农林幅39对L平壤3号A的育性恢复力也是由一对显性恢复基因控制的,并且这两个恢复源的恢复基因是等位的。
F_1 (A / R), B_2 (A // A / R) of four combinations of male sterility restorer (R) and two pairs of sterile lines (A) and maintainer line (B) B_2 (A // B / R), F_2 and F_3, the fertility of seed was used as the index of restoring degree to study the inheritance of resilience of japonica male sterile restorer. The results showed that the fertility restoring force of Ninghui 3-2 on BT Liuqianxin A and L Pyongyang 3 A was controlled by a pair of dominant restorer genes; Fertility resilience is also controlled by a pair of dominant restorers, and the recovery genes of the two restorers are allelic.
