以Zn、Pb和Cd为去除对象,利用基于隔膜压滤机的超细过滤技术进行铅锌矿井涌水的处理。结果表明:将铅锌矿井涌水p H调节至9后直接采用超细过滤,出液中的Zn、Pb和Cd低于GB 25461—2010《铅锌工业污染物排放标准》标准限值;将p H为9的井涌水静置30 min,上清液溢流,对底泥采用超细过滤,出液中的Zn、Pb和Cd低于标准限值。基于此结果,提出了基于隔膜压滤机的铅锌矿井涌水处理新工艺。
Taking Zn, Pb and Cd as objects to be removed, the treatment of gushing water of lead-zinc mine was carried out by the ultrafine filtration technology based on membrane filter press. The results showed that ultrafine filtration was adopted to adjust the p H of gushing water in the lead-zinc mine well to 9, and the contents of Zn, Pb and Cd in the effluent were lower than the standard limits of GB 25461-2010 “Emission Standard for Lead and Zinc Industry Pollutants” The well water with H of 9 was allowed to stand for 30 min, the supernatant was overflowed, and ultrafine filtration was applied to the sediment. The contents of Zn, Pb and Cd in the effluent were lower than the standard limits. Based on this result, a new process of gushing water treatment of lead-zinc mine based on diaphragm filter press was proposed.
