调频连续波雷达测距系统通常利用正弦波或三角波调制发射信号,并向测量目标辐射这种调频信号。接收时,收到的目标反射信号的频率与发射信号频率不同,该差频值由信号传播到目标并返回所需要的时间、调制频率和载波信号的频偏决定。调频连续波测距系统常用于目标与测距系统处于相对运动的情况下。这样势必产生多普勒频率分量,在这种系统中,目标反射信号的多普勒分量还可以提供距离信息。
FM continuous wave radar ranging system usually uses the sine wave or the triangular wave modulation to transmit the signal, and radiates this kind of frequency modulation signal to the measurement target. Upon reception, the frequency of the received target reflected signal is different from the transmitted signal frequency, which is determined by the frequency offset of the modulated signal and the carrier signal as the signal propagates to the target and back to the desired time. FM continuous wave ranging system is commonly used in the case of relative motion between the target and the ranging system. This will inevitably produce Doppler frequency components, in this system, the Doppler component of the target reflection signal can also provide distance information.
