由于历史的原因,中国的民族理科教育质量整体比较薄弱,民族理科人才缺乏,影响了民族地区的经济发展。考虑到民族地区发展进程和目标定位,民族理科教育改革需以培养学生的科学素养为核心目标,落实于理科课程,一方面要注重将地方性科技文化融入理科课堂教学中,结合民族地区生产生活技能的培养,发展有利于养护自然生态资源,服务于当地社会经济发展的理科教育内容。同时,要变革教学方式,综合运用以实验探究为主的多种教学方式,使民族学生体验科学探究的过程,激发学习科学的兴趣,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。另外,要积极研究与民族学生的生活息息相关的文化需求和社会发展趋势等,探索开展以研究性学习为主的综合实践活动,拓宽学生的知识面,重视学生的情感和价值取向,培养学生的民族自豪感。
Due to historical reasons, the quality of Chinese national science education is relatively weak as a whole, and the lack of national science and talented personnel affects the economic development in minority areas. Taking into account the development process and orientation of ethnic minority areas, the national science education reform needs to cultivate students’ scientific literacy as the core objective and implement it in science curricula. On the one hand, it is necessary to focus on integrating local science and technology into science classroom teaching and to combine production and living in minority areas Skills training, development is conducive to conservation of natural ecological resources, serving the local social and economic development of science education content. In addition, we should actively study the cultural needs and social development trends that are closely related to the life of ethnic students, explore comprehensive practical activities focusing on research-based learning, broaden students’ knowledge, pay attention to students’ sentiments and values, and cultivate students’ National pride.
