近年来,各级科研项目数量激增,差异化明显、风险环节多,项目管理难度加大。本文旨在通过项目特点分析及风险管理的研究,识别出影响项目执行的主要因素,构建相应分级评估模型,力争对项目分级管理提供参考依据。
In recent years, the number of scientific research projects at all levels has surged and the differentiation has been obvious. There are many risks and the project management is more difficult. The purpose of this paper is to identify the main factors that affect project implementation through the analysis of project characteristics and risk management, and to build the corresponding classification evaluation model so as to provide a reference for the project level management.
