在自动线上加工V型发动机气缸体时利用缸体下平面(紧固油底盘的平面)及两个工艺孔作为辅助工艺基准。根据这些基准来铣安装气缸盖的平面,铰安装推杆支架的孔及安装缸盖的安装孔,以及镗安装气缸套的孔。但是根据图纸确定这些表面位置的尺寸,其严格公差的给出不是以缸体的下平面为基准,而是相对于曲轴孔的轴线给出的。发动机的工作可靠性和寿命取决于这些尺寸的加工精度。当按现有的工艺加工时,就未必能保证图纸规定的公差。
V-engine cylinder in the automatic processing of the cylinder block using the lower plane (fastening oil pan plane) and two process holes as an auxiliary process benchmark. Milling the plane of the cylinder head according to these benchmarks, the hole for the hinge-mounted push rod bracket and the mounting hole for mounting the cylinder head, and the hole for boring the mounting cylinder liner. However, the dimensions of these surface locations are determined from the drawings, and their exact tolerances are given not on the lower plane of the cylinder but on the axis of the crankshaft bore. Engine operating reliability and life expectancy depend on the accuracy of these dimensions. When processed according to the existing technology, it may not be able to guarantee the tolerances specified in the drawings.
