通过正交实验得出佛肚竹竹叶最佳抑菌提取液的提取条件为:料液比1∶15,乙醇浓度60%,提取温度70℃;提取液对大肠杆菌的抑制作用优于其对枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;竹叶冷冻干燥后所得的提取液的抑菌效果优于自然风干法;对枯草杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.125%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的为0.25%,对大肠杆菌的为0.125%。Vc对竹叶提取液具有协同抑菌作用;竹叶提取物与细菌作用时间越长,其抑菌效果越好。
Through orthogonal experiment, the optimal extraction conditions of bamboo leaves of Buddha Buddha bamboo leaves were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:15, the concentration of ethanol was 60%, the extraction temperature was 70 ℃; the extract had better inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus; the extract obtained after freeze-drying of bamboo leaf had better bacteriostatic effect than natural air-dried method; the minimum inhibitory concentration against Bacillus subtilis was 0.125%, that against Staphylococcus aureus was 0.25% 0.125% for E. coli. Vc bamboo extract has synergistic antimicrobial activity; bamboo leaves extract and bacteria longer, the better antibacterial effect.
