染色体不稳定性具体表现为染色体数目改变和染色体结构改变,是各种肿瘤共同的细胞学特征之一。笔者从纺锤体检测点、中心体、端粒和端粒酶异常等角度综述了染色体不稳定性产生的可能分子机制及其在肺癌中的表现形式,并对其与肺癌早期诊断、耐药、预后之间的关系作一简述。这些研究对进一步认识肺癌的发生发展规律具有重大意义。
