通过对32例旋转不稳定(Tile B)型、旋转和纵向均不稳定(Tile C)型骨盆骨折合并不同并发症的患者进行护理并总结,探讨不稳定型骨盆骨折患者并发休克、内脏损伤、血管神经损伤、褥疮的护理方法,从而减少围手术期并发症的发生,促进患者的康复。 Twenty-two cases of Tile B type, Tile C type pelvic fractures complicated with different complications were treated and summarized. The patients with unstable pelvic fractures were treated with shock and visceral injuries, Vascular nerve injury, bedsore care methods, thereby reducing the incidence of perioperative complications and promote patient rehabilitation.
