当前通货紧缩在给我国农村经济发展带来不利影响的同时，也给农村经济的改革与发展带来新的机遇。我们应抓住这大好时机，以市场为导向，调整农村产业结构，促进农业经营方式及增长方式转换，发展效益农业和生态农业，使农村经济跃上新的台阶，提高到一个新水平。
