目的:优选黄马缓释喷雾膜剂的基质组成,测定体外释放度及透皮性能,考察其释药规律。方法:采用正交设计法,以聚乙烯醇(PVA17-88)、乙醇和甘油的用量为因素,以成膜性能、士的宁和盐酸小檗碱在8 h内的累积释放率为指标,确定最优基质处方组成;用Franz扩散池法测定体外释放度及体外透皮渗透率。结果:优选得到的最优基质处方为PVA17-88 5%,乙醇15%,甘油6%;黄马缓释喷雾膜剂的成膜性能较好,8 h内的体外释放良好,具有一级动力学特征。结论:该喷雾膜剂处方和制备工艺可行;制剂可以喷涂均匀,药物释放缓慢,成膜后对溃疡面具保护作用,对创面刺激性小;药膜的黏附性、柔韧性均较好。
