采用天然高分子材料 -阴离子聚多糖作为两性霉素 B的载体基质 ,研制高分子材料两性霉素 B控释系统。由离子凝胶作用所产生的阴离子多糖毫微粒 ,其粒径约 3 0~ 1 0 0 nm ,并且对两性霉素 B具有优良的携载性能 ,携载效率超过 90 % ,载药量达 3 5%。体外释放实验表明携载于海藻酸钠粒子上的两性霉素 B可从粒子载体上逐渐释放出来 ,其释放规律几近于零级释放。本实验制得的海藻酸钠粒子两性霉素 B可进一步用于治疗实验犬内脏利什曼病 ,并且为治疗黑热病提供动物实验依据
The natural polymer material - anionic polysaccharide as amphotericin B carrier matrix, developed amphotericin B polymer controlled release system. The anionic polysaccharide nanoparticle produced by ionic gel has a particle size of about 30-100 nm and has good carrying capacity for amphotericin B with a carrying efficiency of more than 90% and a loading capacity of 3 5%. In vitro release experiments showed that the amphotericin B carried on the sodium alginate particles was gradually released from the particle carrier, and its release was almost zero-order release. The alginate particles obtained in this experiment amphotericin B can be further used to treat experimental canine leishmaniasis, and to provide animal experiments for the treatment of kala-azar
