德育作为学校教育必不可少的组成部分,其重要地位越来越受到广大教育工作者的认同。为切实提高德育工作的实效性,我们进行了德育改革,试图以新的德育教育途径来解决现阶段德育工作所面临的新问题。中华民族的传统文化悠悠数千年,形成了具有本民族特色的民族精神。这些不仅散见于经典文献、制度规章等程式化的客观形式之中,同时经过数千年的演绎与扬弃,这种文化已深深地融进了中华民族的思想意识和行为规范之中。因此,新时期的思想道德教育,只有与人们的潜意识中的传统美德、传统文化相承接才能成活,才能发展。我校努力寻找和发掘中华民族优秀传统文化与现阶段道德教育的结合点,赋予它新的时代气息,使其成为现阶段少年儿童道德教育之基石。我们主要从以下几方面着手:
As an indispensable part of school education, moral education is more and more recognized by the majority of educators. In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of moral education, we have carried out the moral education reform and tried to solve the new problems confronting moral education at this stage with a new approach to moral education. The traditional culture of the Chinese nation has been flourishing for thousands of years, forming a national spirit with its own national characteristics. These not only spread in the stylized objective forms such as classic documents, system rules and regulations, but after thousands of years of deduction and sublation, this culture has deeply integrated into the ideology and code of conduct of the Chinese nation. Therefore, ideological and moral education in the new era can only develop if it is inherited from the traditional virtues and traditional cultures in subconsciousness. Our school endeavors to find and exploit the combination of the fine Chinese traditional culture and the moral education at the present stage, giving it a new flavor of the times and making it the cornerstone of the moral education for children and adolescents at this stage.
