目的:探讨Syk基因在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:检测52例大肠癌组织和癌旁正常组织中Syk的表达,通过正常组织、癌组织及有淋巴结转移的癌组织进行比较,观察Syk的表达与大肠癌生成及转移的关系。结果:52例正常组织均有Syk的表达,52例大肠癌组织中有17例表达(32.69%)(2χ=52.754,P<0.05),22例有淋巴结转移的大肠癌中仅有2例Syk的表达(9.09%)(χ2=12.389,P<0.05)。结论:Syk基因的表达缺失与大肠癌生成及转移有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Syk gene in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of Syk was detected in 52 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The expression of Syk in colorectal cancer tissues was compared with that in normal tissues, cancerous tissues and lymph node metastases. Results: The expression of Syk was detected in 52 normal tissues, 17 of 52 (32.69%) in 52 cases of colorectal carcinoma (2χ = 52.754, P <0.05), and only 2 of 22 cases of colorectal cancer with lymph node metastasis (9.09%) (χ2 = 12.389, P <0.05). Conclusion: The loss of Syk gene expression is associated with the formation and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
