以湖北某医药工业园区污水处理项目为例,分析了医药工业园区污水进水水质特点及污水处理工艺、主要建(构)筑物设计参数、运行状况及运行费用。针对废水可生化性差、含盐量高、含难降解有毒有机物的特点,选择臭氧氧化/水解酸化/AO/混凝沉淀池/臭氧氧化/BAF组合处理工艺。实践表明,该系统运行稳定,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级B标准。
Taking a sewage treatment project in a pharmaceutical industrial park in Hubei Province as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of sewage influent quality and sewage treatment process in the pharmaceutical industry park, and analyzes the design parameters, operating conditions and operating costs of the main structures. Aiming at the characteristics of poor biodegradability, high salt content and containing refractory toxic organic compounds, the ozone oxidation / hydrolysis acidification / AO / coagulation sedimentation tank / ozone oxidation / BAF combination treatment process is selected. Practice shows that the system is stable and the effluent quality meets the first-level B standard of “Emission Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant” (GB18918-2002).
