作者于1979~1982年,使用国际通用的Leuang_(125)、OB_(677)、IET_(2911)、W_(1263)、PTB_(21)、Muey Nahng_(62)M等六个鉴定种和TN_1感虫对照种,选择广东省的封开、梅县、信宜、惠阳、潮安、南海、韶关、花县、东莞等16个点的稻瘿蚊,按国际稻瘿蚊抗性鉴定标准,进行了生物型鉴定。经连年多世代验证其抗(R)感(S)反应结果,花县、从化、韶关、东莞4个点R.R.R.R.S.S.反应定为中国Ⅰ型;南海、三水、新会、中山、番禺、惠阳、潮安7个点R.R.R.S.S.S.反应定为中国Ⅱ型;连山S.S.S.R.S.S.反应定为中国Ⅲ型;封开、信宜、梅县、五华4个点S.S.S.S.S.S.反应定为中国Ⅳ型。其中以Ⅱ型分布最广,Ⅰ、Ⅳ型次之,Ⅲ型最少。Ⅲ、Ⅳ两个生物型,目前国内外尚未见报道。此外鉴定了一些对四个不同生物型具有不同抗性的资源品种。
In 1979-1982, the authors used six internationally recognized Leuang_ (125), OB_ (677), IET_ (2911), W_ (1263), PTB_ (21) and Muey Nahng_ (62) According to the international standards of resistance to Gallopus mosquitoes, we selected the rice gall midge from 16 points including Fengkai, Meixian, Xinyi, Huiyang, Chaoan, Nanhai, Shaoguan, Huaxian and Dongguan of Guangdong Province Biotype identification. The results of RRRRSS responses in four points of Huaxian, Conghua, Shaoguan and Dongguan were identified as type I in China. The South China Sea, Sanshui, Xinhui, Zhongshan, Panyu, Huiyang, The 7-point RRRSSS response of Chaoan was determined to be type II in China. The SSSRSS response in Lian Shan was designated as type III in China. The SSSSSS response at four points of Fengkai, Xinyi, Meixian and Wuhua was identified as type IV in China. Among them, type Ⅱ is the most widely distributed, followed by type Ⅰ and Ⅳ, and type Ⅲ is the least. Ⅲ, Ⅳ two biotypes, at home and abroad have not yet been reported. In addition, a number of resource cultivars with different resistances to four different biotypes were identified.
