甜菜是我国北方省区的主要糖料作物,研究温度对甜菜生长发育的影响,对于提高甜菜生产力具有积极的意义。甜菜属藜科,是二年生作物。第一年形成肥大的块根和莲座状的丛生叶,第二年抽苔、开花、结实、形成种子。它和其他作物一样,甜菜在生长发育过程中所发生的一切生理生化变化,都与一定的温度条件有关。
Beet is the main sugar crop in the northern provinces of China. Studying the influence of temperature on the growth and development of sugar beet has a positive meaning for improving the productivity of sugar beet. Beet, Chenopodiaceae, is a biennial crop. The first year formed hypertrophic roots and rosette-shaped clusters of leaves, the second year of bolting, flowering, strong, the formation of seeds. Like other crops, all the physiological and biochemical changes that occur in the growth and development of sugar beet are related to certain temperature conditions.
