目的探究全自动毛细管电泳技术在柳州市新生儿地中海贫血筛查的应用及意义。方法选择柳州市10 971名新生儿为研究对象,采取全自动毛细管电泳技术对其足跟血进行检测,收集并记录数据,来探究全自动毛细管电泳技术在柳州市新生儿地中海贫血筛查的临床意义。结果全自动毛细管电泳技术测定10 971名新生儿足跟血标本,HB barts的阳性(α地中海贫血)例数为1129例,所占比例为10.29%,而其中含量范围0-10%(静止型+轻型)为1108例,占阳性比例的98.14%(1108/1129);HB A区<9%(可疑β地中海贫血)的有1064名,所占比例为9.70%。结论全自动毛细管电泳技术具有操作简单、结果明了、准确率高等优点,能较准确的进行地中海贫血的筛查,具有较高的临床价值,值得在基层推广。
Objective To explore the application and significance of automatic capillary electrophoresis in the screening of neonatal thalassemia in Liuzhou city. Methods A total of 10 971 newborns in Liuzhou City were selected as research objects. The heel blood was detected by automatic capillary electrophoresis and the data were collected and recorded to explore the clinical application of automatic capillary electrophoresis in the screening of neonatal thalassemia in Liuzhou City significance. Results There were 1129 cases of HB barts positive (α thalassemia) by automated capillary electrophoresis in 10 971 heel blood samples, accounting for 10.29% of the total, with the range of 0-10% (resting + 1108 cases, accounting for 98.14% (1108/1129) of the positive cases; 1064 cases of HB A area <9% (suspicious β-thalassemia), accounting for 9.70%. Conclusion Automatic capillary electrophoresis has the advantages of simple operation, clear results and high accuracy. It can screen the thalassemia more accurately and has higher clinical value, so it is worth to be promoted in the grassroots.
