人们盼望有一种不耗电能的空调机和冰箱,以节省大量的电费的日子不久将能实现。国外1969年发现某些合金或金属经某种特殊处理后,能大量吸收氢气,而适当改变外界条件(如温度等),又会将所吸收的氢气释放出来。自始以后,卑受各国科学家的重视,特别是近三、四年来,这方面的研究不论在理论上,还是在应用上均取得了很大的进展。人们把这种能大量吸收氢气的金属或合金称为贮氢材料。
People are looking forward to having a non-energy-efficient air conditioner and refrigerator in the near future to save a lot of electricity bills.
