以TRIP 590钢为对象,研究焊接速度对其焊接接头微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着焊接速度的提高,焊缝逐渐变窄并且趋于平滑。焊接接头HAZ区存在大量的贝氏体和铁素体。板条状马氏体是WZ区的主要组织。提高焊接速度可以细化晶粒,提高WZ区的强度和硬度。焊缝中心的硬度最高,从焊缝中心经HAZ区到BM区,硬度逐渐下降。
The effect of welding speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint was studied using TRIP 590 steel. The results show that with the increase of welding speed, the weld gradually narrows and tends to be smooth. HAZ zone welded joints there is a large number of bainite and ferrite. Lamellar martensite is the main organization of the WZ zone. Improve the welding speed can refine the grain, improve the strength and hardness of WZ area. The highest hardness of the weld center, from the weld center to the BM zone HAZ area, the hardness decreased.
