采用放射免疫方法,对长期接触高温、CO、高温+CO作业工人及对照人员血清生长激素(GH)和皮质醇(CS)水平进行了测定。年龄和工龄在4个组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。其结果:(1)高温工人血清GH、Cs水平与对照组相近(P>0.05);(2)接触CO、高温+CO工人血清GH虽呈下降趋势,但无明显差异(P>0.05);而血CS则明显升高(P<0.05)。从结果看出,长期接触高温、CO对GH和CS的影响,以CO的影响为主。提示我们在研究高温影响,或在采取防暑降温措施的同时,要考虑CO的影响,并注意对CO的防护。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the levels of serum growth hormone (GH) and cortisol (CS) in workers exposed to high temperature, CO, high temperature + CO and long-term exposure. There was no significant difference in age and length of service between the 4 groups (P> 0.05). The results showed that: (1) The levels of serum GH and Cs in high temperature workers were similar to those in the control group (P> 0.05); (2) The serum GH levels of workers exposed to CO and high temperature + CO showed a decreasing trend, but no significant difference (P> 05), while serum CS increased significantly (P <0.05). From the results, we can see that the long-term exposure to high temperature, the impact of CO on GH and CS, with the impact of CO. Prompted us to study the impact of high temperatures, or take measures to prevent summer heat at the same time, we must consider the impact of CO, and pay attention to CO protection.
