2010年以来,江苏省徐州市积极推进干部人事制度改革,不断加大差额选拔干部力度,市管党政正职差额选拔比例达90%以上,副处级干部差额选拔比例在1/3左右。徐州把差额选拔与公推公选紧密结合,对县、镇党政正职和市、县两级机关部门正职实行差额选拔,同时积极推行市管副处职干部差额选任。2010年以来,10名市级机关正职领导干部和4名县区长人选全部差额
