目的:探讨粒细胞集落刺激因子(G- CSF) 在自体骨髓移植(ABMT) 后对严重骨髓抑制的粒细胞恢复作用。方法:对18 例根治性大剂量化( 放) 疗和ABMT 患者分为对照组和治疗组,其中移植后2 天开始应用G- CSF,3 ~5 μg/kg 为治疗1 组,移植后6 天开始应用G- CSF,3 ~5 μg/kg 为治疗2 组。结果:粒细胞恢复到≥0.5 ×109/L和≥1 .0×109/ L 的时间, 对照组分别为18 .14±2 .48 天和23 .14 ±4 .60 天; 治疗组分别为14 .6±2 .07 天和18 .9 ±3 .45 天(P< 0 .05) 。血小板≥50 ×109/L 的时间,对照组26 .86 ±4.02 天,治疗组19 .7±3 .30 天,P< 0 .01,治疗1 组和治疗2 组无明显差异。结论:大剂量化( 放) 疗及ABMT 后应用G- CSF 可促进粒细胞的恢复。对血小板的恢复也有促进作用。应用时间在移植后2 天和移植后6 天疗效没有明显差异。
Objective: To investigate the effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) on myelosuppression of severe myelosuppression following autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT). METHODS: Eighteen patients with radical large dose (radiation) therapy and ABMT were divided into control group and treatment group, in which G-CSF was applied 2 days after transplantation, and 3 to 5 μg/kg was treated in group 1, and 6 after transplantation. G-CSF was started on the day and 3 to 5 μg/kg was used to treat 2 groups. RESULTS: The granulocytes recovered to a time of ≥ 0.5 × 109/L and ≥ 1.0 × 109/L, and the control group was 18.14 ± 2.48 days and 23.14 ± 4.60 days, respectively; the treatment group was 14.6±2.07 days and 18.9±3.45 days (P<0.05). The time for platelet ≥ 50 × 109/L was 26.86 ± 4.02 days for the control group and 19.7 ± 3.30 days for the treatment group (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference between the treatment 1 group and the treatment 2 group. Conclusion: The use of G-CSF after large-dose chemotherapy and ABMT can promote the recovery of granulocytes. The recovery of platelets also has a promoting effect. There was no significant difference in efficacy between 2 days after transplantation and 6 days after transplantation.
