目的探讨解决传统常温氯化钠溶液冲洗结膜囊的缺陷,从而减轻因寒冷刺激引起患者不适及对结膜的刺激反应,使泪脂冲洗充分,降低手术后并发症的发生率。方法选择100例(200眼)近视眼手术患者,将其随机分成两组,观察组50例(100眼)用加温氯化钠溶液冲洗结膜囊。对照组50例(100眼),用常温氯化钠溶液冲洗结膜囊,观察冲洗后局部刺激症状、结膜充血、泪脂情况。结果观察组眼部刺激症状、结膜充血、泪脂情况明显好于对照组。结论加温后的冲洗液温度接近体温,刺激小、更舒适、人性化,符合患者的要求,值得推广。
Objective To explore the solution to the shortcomings of rinsing the conjunctival sac with conventional sodium chloride solution at normal temperature so as to relieve the discomfort caused by cold stimulation and stimulate the conjunctiva and to wash lacrimal fat sufficiently to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. Methods 100 patients (200 eyes) with myopia were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 50 eyes (100 eyes) of the observation group were treated with warm sodium chloride solution to wash the conjunctival sac. The control group, 50 cases (100 eyes), rinsed the conjunctiva with sodium chloride solution at normal temperature and observed the local irritation, conjunctival hyperemia and tear lipids after rinsing. Results Eye irritation symptoms, conjunctival congestion, tear lipids were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The temperature of the washing fluid after warming is close to body temperature, stimulating small, more comfortable and humane, which is in line with the requirements of patients and worth promoting.
