巴塞尔银行业监管委员会是最具影响力的国际金融标准制定机构之一,它对大多数国家银行业监管法律法规的发展都有着直接或间接的影响和重要性。巴塞尔委员会试图通过建立银行业的国际统一最低标准,来实现金融监管的国际化。中国作为全球最大的发展中国家,积极参与银行业监管的国际化是我国扩大对外开放、融入国际社会的必经之路。
The Basel Committee on Banking Regulation is one of the most influential international financial standard setting bodies. It has a direct and indirect impact on the development of banking regulatory laws and regulations in most countries. The Basel Committee tries to achieve the internationalization of financial regulation by establishing a minimum uniform international standard for banking. As the largest developing country in the world, China’s active participation in the internationalization of banking regulation is the only way for our country to expand its opening to the outside world and integrate into the international community.
