北京市中小学教师工资与社会平均工资没有显著差异,其工资水平在19个行业中排在8-10名之间,处于中等位置。低教师职业吸引力难以吸引优秀高中毕业生就读师范院校,也导致选择到中小学校任教,尤其是到农村中小学校任教的大学毕业生人数骤减。因此,需要不断提高教师人员经费在教育投入中的比例,提高教师待遇;建立多渠道的教师工资补偿机制;创新人事制度管理,完善教师招聘程序。通过不断提高教师职业吸引力,来吸引大量优秀毕业生到中小学任教,以满足北京市中小学教育发展的需要。
There is no significant difference between primary and secondary school teachers’ salaries and average social wages in Beijing. Their wage levels are among the 8-10 in 19 industries and are in a medium position. The low occupational attractiveness of teachers has made it difficult to attract outstanding high school graduates to normal colleges and universities. It has also led to a drop in the number of university graduates who choose to teach at primary and secondary schools, especially those who teach in rural primary and secondary schools. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously improve the proportion of teachers’ funds in the investment in education so as to improve the treatment of teachers; establish a multi-channel compensation mechanism for teachers; innovate personnel system management and improve teacher recruitment procedures. By continuously improving the attractiveness of teachers’ occupations, a large number of outstanding graduates are attracted to primary and secondary schools to meet the needs of primary and secondary education in Beijing.
