随着大学英语教学改革的不断深入,经过长期的理论研究及教学实践,我国的大学英语在教学水平、教材建设、课程设置、教学方法、教学环境、教师队伍与评价体系等各个方面都有了长足的进步与发展,但与此同时,人们也越来越深刻地意识到语言教学的主要任务除了培养学生的纯语言能力和语言运用能力以外,还应该包括对语言学习者策略能力的培养。
