目前各大航空公司发展迅猛,航班量大量增加,飞行人员紧缺。合理、科学地机组排班越来越引起重视,它不仅有效地缓解了飞行员紧缺的问题,并且提高了航班运行的安全性和准时性。本文介绍了国内航空公司普遍采用的机组排班的基本程序,重点阐述了机组排班问题的赋值选择算法,引入“航班节”概念,将一个具体的机组排班计划归结为搭配赋值、优化选择的模式,该优化结果不仅符合有关规定,且充分考虑了机组排班过程中的各种因素的影响,极大地提高了机组的工作效率。 At present, the major airlines have witnessed rapid development with a substantial increase in flight volume and shortage of flight personnel. It not only effectively relieves the shortage of pilots, but also improves the safety and punctuality of flight operations. This paper introduces the basic procedure of crew scheduling which is widely used by domestic airlines, and focuses on the assignment selection algorithm of scheduling problem of crew, introducing the concept of “flight section”, attributing the scheduling of a specific flight crew to collocation assignment, Optimize the mode of selection, the optimization results not only comply with the relevant provisions, and fully take into account the impact of various factors in the scheduling process, which greatly improved the efficiency of the unit.
