药物不良反应是与治疗目的无关而对人体不利的一切作用的总称,其具体包括有副作用、毒性反应、变态反应、继发性反应、特异质反应。副作用是药物在常用量时所发生的与治疗无关的不良反应.因此,不良反应包括副作用,副作用是不良反应的内容之一,故两者之间不能等同.目前有些医药期刊及一些药品广告在叙述药物的不良反应时,常用副作用代替,造成基础概念上的混乱。现仅举二例:如在“××期刊1986年2期新药评价中把足叶乙甙引起脱发、呕吐、恶心、白细胞减少、血小板减少统称为副作用.又如在“××期刊”1986年
