介绍了所研制的U3Si2-Al燃料板芯体X射线数字化检测系统,该检测系统将数字化成像技术和自动化运行技术应用于燃料板芯体检测中,实现了芯体测量和定位。该系统主要由工件自动装卸单元,图像采集单元,运动控制及钻孔单元和图像自动分析软件单元构成。本套系统具有图像还原准确、测量精度高、自动化程度高等优点,在实际工程应用中具有重要意义。
This paper introduces the X-ray digital detection system of U3Si2-Al fuel plate core developed. The detection system applies the digital imaging technology and automatic operation technology to the fuel plate core detection, and realizes the core measurement and positioning. The system is mainly composed of workpiece loading and unloading unit, image acquisition unit, motion control and drilling unit and image automatic analysis software unit. This set of system has the advantages of accurate image restoration, high measurement accuracy and high degree of automation, which is of great significance in practical engineering applications.
