本文首先讨论了在插齿机主传动机构中使用的六杆机构的优化设计问题,并建立了一个多目标数学模型.然后,提出了一种利用计算机本身特点而不引入参数约束条件的直接方法,来求解变区间中的函数极大值的极小化问题;提出了用多目标优化对可调机构的优化设计进行处理的方法;采用了一种带附加条件约束的修正线性加权方法来处理多目标优化问题.最后,对上述方法给出了应用实例和计算结果.
In this paper, the optimization design of the six-bar mechanism used in the gearbox main transmission mechanism is discussed and a multi-objective mathematical model is established.And then, a direct method that uses the characteristics of the computer without introducing parameter constraints To solve the minimization of function maxima in variable interval.
