国产直列式喷油泵在发动机台架试验或用户使用中,经常发生柴油大量渗漏到油泵凸轮轴腔的现象,这一故障在行业中称为内漏。内漏已成为多种直列式喷油泵的常见故障,在可靠性故障分类中,虽然它属于Ⅲ类故障(一般故障),但造成的后果却很严重,并长期未得到很好的解决。我们对AD(AW)泵进行了大量的可靠性试验,并对其产生内漏故障的泵进行了分析、研究,找出了引起内漏现象的三种主要原因,且其中多数是由泵体铸造缺陷引起。针对具体情况提出了具体解决措施,并已应用于大量生产中。这大大减少了内漏发生率,从而进一步提高了AD泵的可靠性。
Domestic in-line injection pump engine test bench or user use, often a large number of diesel leakage to the pump camshaft cavity phenomenon, this failure is called leakage in the industry. Internal leakage has become a common failure of many kinds of in-line injection pumps. Although it belongs to class Ⅲ (general failure) reliability classification, the consequences are serious and have not been solved for a long time. We carried out a large number of reliability tests on the AD (AW) pump, and analyzed and studied the pumps with internal leakage faults. Three main causes of the internal leakage were found, and most of them were made up of the pump body Casting defects caused. Specific solutions to specific circumstances, and has been used in mass production. This greatly reduces the incidence of internal leakage, thereby further improving the reliability of the AD pump.
