上一期的“高端视点”摘录了中国建筑业协会研究课题《制约建筑劳务企业发展的政策研究》,大量的统计数据,实证分析将我国建筑劳务分包和劳务企业发展的基本现状如实呈现。本期继续刊发该课题的后半部分——从政策、企业、务工人员三个层面,反思制约建筑劳务企业发展的主要问题及原因,并提出相关政策建议。
