七十年代我国从美国凯洛格公司(M.W.Kellogg)引进八套年产三十万吨合成氨厂的同时。也引进了八套水处理装置,都由美国LA水处理公司(LA Water TreatmentDivision)承担设计并供货。这八个大型合成氨厂相继于1976年至1979年10月建成投产。笔者参加了其中的湖北省化肥厂的设计工作,在与外商谈判、现场施工及试车考核过程中对LA水处理公司的设计有了一些了解,本着对引进技术一学二用三改四创的精神,对LA水处理公司的澄清过滤装置加以介绍和评价,供有关同志参考。一、预处理流程简介美国LA水处理公司为年产30万吨合成氨厂所做的水处理设计包括原水预处理、脱盐水处理及透平冷凝液处理三个组成部分。其中原水预处理包括原水的澄清软化、重力过滤及相应的加药系统,预处理流程示意图
In the 1970s, China imported eight sets of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia plants from the US company K. M. W. Kellogg. Eight sets of water treatment units have also been introduced and are designed and supplied by the US-based LA Water Treatment Division. The eight large-scale ammonia plants were completed and put into operation from 1976 to October 1979. The author participated in the design work of the fertilizer plant in Hubei Province. He had some understanding of the LA water treatment company’s design in the process of negotiations with foreign companies, on-site construction, and commissioning tests.
