[目的]观察寒冷刺激对大鼠胃黏膜的影响及良附丸防治效果。[方法]50只大鼠随机分为5组,每组各10只。正常组:用生理盐水灌胃2ml/100g;外寒组:用0℃冰水浸泡大鼠30min;内寒组:用0℃冰水2ml/100g灌胃;复合组:用0℃冰水浸泡大鼠30min,用0℃冰水2ml/100g灌胃;中药组:在复合组基础上4h后予良附丸溶液灌胃。7d后检测血清及胃黏膜的胃动素、胃泌素、前列腺素和内皮素的含量。[结果]中药组大鼠血清及胃黏膜中的胃动素、胃泌素、前列腺素及内皮素的水平与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义。[结论]寒性刺激可以使实验大鼠的胃黏膜造成病理性损伤,良附丸可防治寒冷刺激对胃黏膜的损伤。
[Objective] To observe the effect of cold stimulation on gastric mucosa in rats and the effect of Liangfu Pills. [Method] Fifty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 rats in each group. Normal group: rats were treated with saline 2ml / 100g; external cold group: rats were soaked in ice water at 0 ℃ for 30 minutes; internal cold group: gavaged with 0 ℃ ice water 2ml / 100g; Rats 30min, 0 ° C ice water 2ml / 100g gavage; Chinese medicine group: on the basis of the compound group 4h after lianfu pill solution gavage. The content of motilin, gastrin, prostaglandin and endothelin in serum and gastric mucosa were detected after 7 days. [Result] The levels of motilin, gastrin, prostaglandin and endothelin in serum and gastric mucosa of rats in TCM group were not significantly different from those in normal group. [Conclusion] Cold stimulation can cause pathological injury to gastric mucosa in rats, and Liangfu Wan can prevent gastric mucosal injury caused by cold stimulation.
