我们用广西科学院应用物理研究所研制的GX-Ⅲ型多功能电离子手术治疗机治疗鼻部疾病154例,有效率为97.4％,治愈率达83.7％。报告如下。 154例患者中,①常年性变应鼻炎35例(男16,女19),年龄12～46岁,病程8个月～6年。均常年阵发性喷嚏(间歇或每次连续2～7个)、鼻痒、流清涕(每天擤鼻4～10次),16例有鼻塞。13例鼻粘膜苍白或水肿,22例充血;6例色甘酸钠治疗期好转,但其中5例未找到致敏原,1例螨皮肤试验阳性,曾脱敏治疗1年无效。②肥厚性鼻炎21例(男12,女9),年龄26～45岁,病程3～8年。③单纯性鼻炎38例(男20,女18),年龄17～44岁,病程3～8年。④鼻息肉54例(男37,女17),年龄22～75岁,病程15个月～8年,其中6例先后在他院行1～3次息肉手术。⑤鼻腔良性肿瘤6例(男5,女1),年龄7～63岁,肿物为绿豆至花生大小。病理诊断2例为毛细血管瘤,4例为纤维瘤。
We use the GX-Ⅲ multi-function iontophoresis machine developed by Institute of Applied Physics, Guangxi Academy of Sciences to treat 154 cases of nasal diseases, with an effective rate of 97.4% and a cure rate of 83.7%. The report is as follows. 154 patients, ① perennial allergic rhinitis in 35 cases (16 males and 19 females), aged 12 to 46 years, duration of 8 months to 6 years. Paroxysmal sneezes are perennial (intermittent or continuous for each 2 to 7), itchy nose, runny nose (daily nasal discharge 4 to 10 times), 16 cases of nasal congestion. 13 cases of nasal mucosa pale or edema, 22 cases of hyperemia; 6 cases of cromolyn treatment improved, but 5 cases did not find the allergen, a mite skin test was positive desensitization treatment for 1 year ineffective. ② hypertrophic rhinitis in 21 cases (male 12, female 9), aged 26 to 45 years old, duration of 3 to 8 years. ③ simple rhinitis in 38 cases (male 20, female 18), aged 17 to 44 years old, duration of 3 to 8 years. ④ 54 cases of nasal polyps (male 37, female 17), aged 22 to 75 years of age, duration of 15 months to 8 years, of which 6 cases in his hospital one or three polyp surgery. ⑤ benign nasal cavity in 6 cases (male 5, female 1), aged 7 to 63 years, the mass of green beans to peanut size. Pathological diagnosis of 2 cases of capillary hemangioma, 4 cases of fibroids.
