近年来,福建省各级工会积极参与加强和创新社会管理,在发展和谐劳动关系、加强服务和帮扶职工、维护职工合法权益、保持职工队伍稳定等方面采取有力措施,为广大职工做好事、办实事、解难事。以和谐企业创建为平台,大力发展和谐劳动关系为了在更高层次上发展和谐劳动关系,2010年福建省在全国首家开展了劳动关系、环境关系、社会关系“三位一体”的和谐企业创建工作。2011年,福建省委、省政府出台了《关于深化和谐企业创建工作促进劳动关系和谐的意见》,目前全省有5.6万家企业开展和谐企业创建工
