应用多聚酶链反应(PCR)方法检测昆明地区汉族184名2型糖尿病(DM)患者(110名为2型DN,74名为非2型DN)和56名健康者ACE基因I/D多态性,比较各组间的基因频率。结果(1)昆明地区汉族2型DN组DD基因型及D等位基因频率显著高于正常组和非2型DN组,(P<0.05)。(2)2型DN组Ⅱ基因型及I等位基因频率显著低于正常组和非2型DN组(P<0.05)。结论(1)昆明地区汉族2型DN与ACE基因I/D多态性有关联。(2)DD基因型及D等位基因可能是2型DN的易感基因,Ⅱ基因型及I等位基因可能为2型DN的保护基因。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect I / D polymorphism of ACE gene in 184 type 2 diabetic patients (110 type 2 DN, 74 non-type 2 DN) and 56 healthy controls in Kunming Han nationality , Comparing the frequency of genes among the groups. Results (1) The DD genotypes and D allele frequencies of Han type 2 DN patients in Kunming were significantly higher than those in normal and non-DN groups (P <0.05). (2) The genotype Ⅱ and I allele frequencies in type 2 DN group were significantly lower than those in normal group and non-type 2 DN group (P <0.05). Conclusions (1) Han type 2 DN in Kunming is associated with ACE gene I / D polymorphism. (2) DD genotype and D allele may be susceptible genes of type 2 DN, and genotype Ⅱ and I allele may be type 2 DN protective genes.
