随着科学的进步和工业的不断发展,电磁振动机械的降噪音技术逐步应用在现代化的生产中,特别是在机械和电子等行业中,它的应用更为广泛。目前,所有的电磁振动机械都是从电力网供电。于是,它们的工作频率是50HZ。因此,它们的工作噪音也很大。为了减小工作噪音,降低工作频率是有效的。在本论文中,我们提出一种降低频率的好方法。这是一项新的降频技术。对于各种电磁振动机械,该项技术都能使这些设备在25HZ或更低的频率上工作。从而达到高效节能的目的,提高系统的稳定性,使它的应用有了广阔的前景。
With the progress of science and continuous development of industry, noise reduction technology of electromagnetic vibrating machinery is gradually applied in modern production, especially in the fields of machinery and electronics. At present, all of the electromagnetic vibration machines are powered from the power grid. So, their working frequency is 50HZ. Therefore, their working noise is also great. In order to reduce the working noise, it is effective to reduce the operating frequency. In this paper, we propose a good way to reduce the frequency. This is a new frequency reduction technology. For a variety of electromagnetic vibrating machinery, the technology enables these devices to operate at 25 Hz or less. So as to achieve the purpose of energy-efficient and improve the stability of the system, its application has broad prospects.
