背景:基质金属蛋白酶在肿瘤的浸润和转移过程中起关键作用,但基质金属蛋白酶在乳腺癌中的表达和预后关系还尚未得知。目的:研究乳腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2和基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrixmelloproteinases-2/matrixmelloproteinases-9,MMP-2/MMP-9)的表达和Ⅳ型胶原(typeIVcollagen,ColⅣ)的分布形式与肿瘤浸润转移的关系,揭示乳腺癌的浸润转移机制。设计:以诊断为依据,设立对照的回顾性研究。地点和对象:随机收集福建医科大学附属第一医院外科手术切除的乳腺癌标本存档蜡块82例和对照组30例。本组全部为女性,全部病例均经病理证实。主要观察指标:检测乳腺癌组织和乳腺非癌组织中MMP-2,MMP-9的表达情况和ColⅣ的分布形式及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:应用S-P免疫组化方法检测乳腺癌组织和对照组乳腺非癌组织中MMP-2,MMP-9的表达情况和ColⅣ的分布形式及其与临床病理参数的关系。结果:①在82例乳腺癌组织中,MMP-2和MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为52%(43/82)和54%(44/82);ColⅣ分布形式中包裹型占15%(12/82)、崩解型占85%(70/82),与对照组比较差异有显著性意义。②MMP-2/MMP-9的表达与ColⅣ的分布形式相关(P<0.05),MMP-2/MMP-9的阳性者,则崩解型ColⅣ出现的概率大。③MMP-9的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移呈正相关(χ2=
BACKGROUND: Matrix metalloproteinases play a key role in tumor invasion and metastasis. However, the relationship between the expression and prognosis of matrix metalloproteinases in breast cancer has not been known yet. Objective: To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and matrixmelloproteinases-2 (MMP-2 / MMP-9) and the distribution of type IVcollagen (ColⅣ) Tumor invasion and metastasis, revealing the mechanism of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Design: Based on diagnosis, a retrospective, comparative study was established. Location and Subjects: Randomly collected 82 cases of surgical removal of breast cancer specimen archived wax block in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University and 30 cases of the control group. All women in this group, all cases were confirmed by pathology. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in breast cancer tissues and non-cancerous breast tissues and the distribution of Col Ⅳ and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters were examined. Methods: The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and the distribution of Col Ⅳ in non-cancerous tissues of breast cancer and control tissues were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters. RESULTS: ① The positive expression rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 82 cases of breast cancer were 52% (43/82) and 54% (44/82), respectively.
