低浓度的表面活性剂PPJ会促进棉叶对硼和锰离子的吸收。PPJ的浓度为 0 .4mmol/L时 ,吸收最大 ,此时锰离子的吸收量比对照高 5 4% ,硼离子的吸收量比对照高 37%。PPJ的浓度高于 0 .4mmol/L时 ,随PPJ浓度的增加 ,硼和锰的含量下降 ,1 .0mmol/L时 ,PPJ对硼和锰的吸收已无促进作用。PPJ的浓度大于 1 .0mmol/L后 ,随PPJ浓度的增加 ,硼和锰的吸收量又增加。棉叶喷施硼酸后 ,硼被棉叶吸收的量一天时达最大 ,是对照的 5倍。随后 ,硼的含量有所下降 ,但6天后 ,仍保持较高水平 ,是对照的 4倍。
Low concentrations of surfactant PPJ promote cotton leaf boron and manganese ion absorption.
