采用微观组织分析法,对某钢铁公司生产的工程机械用960QT热轧板试样经过焊接后出现冷弯开裂的形成原因进行了一系列分析。结果表明,该类热轧板焊后出现冷弯开裂缺陷主要是由于焊接热影响区晶粒粗大和钢中第二相析出控制不理想引起的。
Using the microstructure analysis method, a series of analyzes were made on the formation of cold-formed cracking of the 960QT hot rolled plate produced by a steel company after welding. The results show that the defects of cold-formed cracking after hot-rolled sheet welding are mainly caused by the coarse grains in the heat-affected zone and the unsatisfactory precipitation control of the second phase in the steel.
