本文介绍了废钢的资源优势及我国废钢资源的需求及利用状况,对我国未来废钢资源的产生及应用进行了预测。并阐明了加快废钢加工配送基地的建立,逐步实现批量采购、集中加工、统一配送的新体制,规范和完善废钢市场,稳定废钢供应渠道、稳定市场、保证供给,是实现废钢产业绿色发展,实现废钢铁产品化、标准化、区域化发展的有效途径;也是有效促进钢铁工业节能减排,实现我国钢铁工业可持续发展战略的重要手段。
