当前,在对待外来农民工问题上,不少地方政府存在重吸纳轻统筹、重打击轻教育、重管理轻服务、重义务轻权利和重限制轻融合倾向。在和谐发展的背景下,要破解外来农民工管理难题,必须以科学发展观为指导,转变理念,创新方式,全面统筹加以解决。具体而言,就是要树立“五型”工作理念,即民本型、服务型、社会型、融合型和共享型。
At present, on the issue of handling migrant workers from migrant workers, many local governments have the tendency of reabsorbing light planning, cracking down on education, focusing on the management of light services, re-defining their duties and minimizing restrictions on light integration.
