为了探究负载量对酿酒葡萄‘威代尔’光合特性及果实品质的影响,进而确定我国辽西产区‘威代尔’葡萄的适宜负载量,以小棚架独龙干整形的‘威代尔’葡萄为试材,分别对成熟叶片光合特性的相关参数,采收期浆果的糖、酸和香气物质进行测定分析。结果表明:随着负载量增大,叶片的光合能力降低,进入叶片的CO_2的同化能力也下降,叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、叶绿素(a+b)含量、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量和叶绿素a/b值均显著降低,而胞间CO_2浓度先升高后降低;果实果糖、葡萄糖和总糖含量下降,苹果酸、酒石酸和总酸含量升高,糖酸比下降,特征香气2-苯乙醇含量下降。综合得出,负载量越大,叶片净光合速率越低,果实果糖、葡萄糖和2-苯乙醇含量下降,酒石酸和苹果酸含量增加,为了保证果实品质,建议盛产期‘威代尔’葡萄适宜的667 m~2产量为1 000~1 500 kg。
In order to investigate the effects of loading on the photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of Vodka, and then to determine the suitable loading of ’Vidal’ grape in the western Liaoning producing areas, Grapes as test material, respectively, the parameters related to the photosynthetic characteristics of mature leaves, the sugar, acid and aroma substances in the harvested berries were determined and analyzed. The results showed that the photosynthetic capacity of the leaves decreased with the increase of the load, and the assimilation ability of CO 2 entering the leaves also decreased. The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a content, Chlorophyll b content and chlorophyll a / b decreased significantly, but intercellular CO 2 concentration first increased and then decreased; fruit fructose, glucose and total sugar content decreased, malic acid, tartaric acid and total acid content increased, sugar acid ratio decreased, Characteristic Aroma 2-phenethyl alcohol content decreased. The results showed that the higher the loading was, the lower the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves was. The content of fructose, glucose and 2-phenylethanol decreased and the content of tartaric acid and malic acid increased. To ensure the fruit quality, The yield of 667 m ~ 2 is 1 000 ~ 1 500 kg.
