目的茵栀黄口服液口服治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效的临床观察。方法对76例新生儿黄疸分两组对照治疗,治疗组38例采用常规治疗(蓝光照射、酶诱导剂)加用茵栀黄口服液口服;对照组38例单纯采用常规治疗方法。结果治疗组显效34例(89.5%),有效3例(7.9%),无效1例(2.6%),总有效率97.4%。而对照组显效21例(55.3%),有效11例(28.9%),无效6例(15.8%),总有效率84.2%。治疗组症状缓解明显优于对照组。结论茵栀黄口服液退黄疗效确切,无明显副作用,而且方法简便易行。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on neonatal jaundice. Methods 76 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with routine therapy (blue light, enzyme inducer) plus Yinzhihuang oral solution. The control group (38 cases) was treated by conventional therapy alone. Results The treatment group was effective in 34 cases (89.5%), effective in 3 cases (7.9%), ineffective in 1 case (2.6%), the total effective rate was 97.4%. In the control group, 21 cases were markedly effective (55.3%), 11 cases (28.9%) were effective, 6 cases (15.8%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 84.2%. Symptom relief in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group. Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral solution is effective in relieving yellowness and has no obvious side effects, and the method is simple and easy to operate.
