柯深一井是新疆石油管理局在昆仑山前柯克亚油气田上为寻找深部原生油气藏而钻探的一口重点探井,井深6481m,所钻地层复杂,φ339.7mm技术套管下深至3540.93m,φ244.5mm枝术套管下深至5025.68m,这在我国均是首次;使用的钻井液密度范围大,从1.02g/cm~3~2.12g/cm~3;针对不同井段分别使用高膨润土含量钻井液、聚合物低密度钻井液、聚磺钻井液及聚磺钾屏蔽钻井液。介绍了为解决钻井过程中遇到的诸如大直径井眼、压差卡钻、井壁稳定等问题所应用的钻井液工艺。提出要在山前构造上快速、安全地钻探一口深井,必须建立地层破裂压力剖面、地层坍塌压力剖面和地层孔隙压力剖面,根据这三条压力剖面决定各层技术套管下入的深度,选择使用最佳的钻井液密度。
Ke Shen Well is a key exploration well drilled by Xinjiang Bureau of Petroleum Administration on the Kekeya oil and gas field in the Kunlun Piedmont to search for deep native oil and gas reservoirs with a well depth of 6481m and complex ground drilled with a depth of 3540.93m under φ339.7mm casing technology , φ244.5mm branches under the casing deep to 5025.68m, which is the first time in our country; the use of drilling fluid density range from 1.02g / cm ~ 3 ~ 2.12g / cm ~ 3; High Bentonite Drilling Fluid, Polymer Low Density Drilling Fluid, Poly Sulfonic Drilling Fluid, and Polysulfonated Potassium Shield Drilling Fluid. The drilling fluid technology used to solve such problems as large diameter borehole, differential pressure sticking and wall stability encountered during drilling is introduced. It is proposed that a deep well should be drilled quickly and safely in the piedmont structure. The formation fracture pressure profile, formation collapse pressure profile and formation pore pressure profile must be established. According to these three pressure profiles, The best drilling fluid density.
