本文利用核酸杂交技术,对人原发性喉癌及其转移灶中的C-myc原癌基因的扩增情况进行了研究,结果发现11例喉癌和12例颈转移癌中,分别有8例(72.7%)和7例(58.3%)C-myc基因扩增1.5~16.0倍。提示C-myc基因可能参与喉癌的发生及其演进机制。
In this paper, the use of nucleic acid hybridization in human primary laryngeal cancer and its metastasis of C-myc protooncogene amplification was found in 11 cases of laryngeal cancer and 12 cases of cervical cancer, respectively, 8 Cases (72.7%) and 7 cases (58.3%) C-myc gene amplification of 1.5 to 16.0 times. These results suggest that C-myc may be involved in the pathogenesis and progression of laryngeal carcinoma.
